Shipping & Returns

• After the placement of your order, your package will be shipped within  5-7 Business days.

• Our courier is Courier Guy. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

• ​All shipping is done through Courier Guy Pudo 

We hope you love your handcrafted ZUK piece, but if not, you’re welcome to return or exchange it.

Please note the following:

• You must request your return within 7 days of receiving your order

•  Items must be unused and in original packaging

•  Only damaged or defective items are eligible for exchange or refund

•  Custom/personalized pieces are non-returnable

•  Sale items cannot be refunded

•  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

To initiate a return, please email: zukhandcrafted@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Please include a photo of the item for reference.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days once your return is received and approved. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
